Don Wayne is an advertising agency finance and business management executive with 11 years of experience developing financial and administrative controls at J. Walter Thompson, one of the largest advertising agencies in the US.
He has more than 25 years of experience as consultant to other advertising and public relations agencies. His consulting practice features agency business management and California sales tax administration.
As a specialist on California Sales and Use Tax, Mr. Wayne has conducted sales tax seminars for many companies. He was one of the primary negotiators within the industry group that worked with the California State Board of Equalization (BOE) on the composition of the current regulations and the BOE Audit Manual.
Mr. Wayne holds an MBA in Industrial Management from the College of the City of New York and a BA in Economics from Brooklyn College. He is also registered to practice before the Internal Revenue Service and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
